Join Catherine for this introductory meditation workshop. You'll learn an overview of different types of meditation practices, an understanding of how meditation works on our brains, bodies, and spirits, and the benefits of a regular meditation practice. We'll practice together some simple, yet powerful meditation & breathing techniques and you'll leave with the tools to incorporate meditation into your life and begin a regular meditation practice.
All levels of experience welcome. Wear clothes you can sit comfortably in, no yoga mat required.
