The Daily Vinyasa January Immersion

Imagine beginning your New Year not only with a resolution, but also an action plan for deepening your yoga & meditation practice, as well as a community of support for your journey toward more connection, greater calm, and an overall sense of health & vitality.

Join Sam Breschi & Catherine Zack (and a collective of like-minded yogis starting 2019 off on the right foot!) for "The Daily Vinyasa," a weekend-long immersion designed to give you the tools to develop and commit to a daily home yoga & meditation practice to support you, everyday, in between the classes you take.

Together, we’ll examine the roadblocks to daily practice, do a deep investigation of your current personal practice, and create clear pathways ahead toward your transformation. We’ll look at how the yoga we do on our mats plays a big role in how the “daily vinyasa” of our life unfolds into our life’s work.

We’ll leave our immersion weekend firmly established with a plan for daily yoga & meditation practice and self-study, an outline for your personal growth, and new ways of approaching your yoga practice.

The Anatomy & Physiology of Yoga - Continuing Ed for Yoga Teachers!

In this practical & applied approach to anatomy, we look at bodies, assess shapes, and learn in-depth knowledge to gain functional understanding of how it all works. This is the yoga anatomy lesson you can actually use to elevate your yoga practice & your teaching.

We’ll investigate how the muscles, bones, and connective tissue relate in a harmonious symphony of fluid vinyasa.

We’ll look inside the chest to see how the heart, lungs, and the way you breath become the conductors of your yogic experience.

We’ll leave this weekend immersion with an orchestra of anatomical and physiological knowledge that will bring you deeper into your highly-individualized experience and understanding of vinyasa yoga.
